Call ambulance. You will be given emergency medical attention immediately. You will be charged for this service. If you have purchased travel insurance coverage in USA or have a home owners policy that covers you while traveling abroad, you pay for medical services in Ukraine and your USA entity will reimburse you upon return, once you present receipts of all medical bills/invoices.

We suggest you drink only bottled water. Local water mostly safe but why take a risk?

Can I use credit card in Ukraine?
You may use your credit card in some reputable hotels and restaurants. But small stores, street merchants, etc., will not take your credit card. We recommend to use cash as much as possible. Money exchange is available in all banks and tourist areas and there is no problem to exchange your foreign currencies. Exchange rate differs. You tour guide will advise you where to find better rate.

One person is allowed to carry up to $15,000 US Dollars cash into Ukraine.

What are my luggage limitations?
Trans-Atlantic airlines permit 2 pieces of checked-in baggage up to 70 lbs each. But we recommend to pack light - 1 suitcase and 1 handbag. Our bus is small and you may have to carry your luggage up to your room in most hotels since porters are not always available.
